Flexible Payment Options for Your Orthodontic Care
Orthodontic treatment is an important and often necessary investment in the overall dental, medical, and psychological well-being of children and adults. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. We understand that different people have different financial needs and obligations, therefore we provide several payment options. Our goal is to make paying for your orthodontic treatment as convenient and manageable for your family as possible.
Option 1 - Initial and Monthly Payments
This payment plan is a contracted agreement with our office, requiring an initial down payment, followed by monthly payments spread over the term of your anticipated treatment time. The initial payment is due on or before your first appointment, in order not to delay the beginning of treatment. We do not charge interest on this budgeted plan.
Option 2 - Payment in Full
For those patients who wish to pay in full at the time treatment starts, an administrative courtesy reduction from the total fee is given. One payment in full reduces our administrative costs, and we are happy to share these savings with you.
Option 3 - Insurance
Our office is happy to work with your insurance company to help you receive your maximum benefits in the timeliest fashion. In most cases, we are able to accept direct payment from the insurance company.
You may pay with cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or by checking debit. Many patients choose to pay online by coming to this website, activating My Account Manager, and following the directions for payment.
