Your First Visit, Seeing is Believing
What is the story of your "first visit" with Statler-Krumholtz Orthodontics? It is really quite simple.
Just give us a call to set a convenient date for your first visit. Or even better, just fill out the contact us form or e-mail us--we'll do the rest. We will send you some literature about our office and orthodontics so you will know what to expect when you visit our office. We will get in touch with you about a good time for your visit.
For the FIRST VISIT: We will introduce you to one of our treatment facilitators to show you around and give you the "famous tour of the shell." After the tour, we will ask that you join us for a personalized "FREE OF CHARGE" examination.
You may fill in this form online and submit it to us or print and complete the appropriate form and bring it to our office, or fax it to us at 561-395-9391.We will take a few Imaging Photographs on our newest computer and an x-ray of your teeth that allows our doctors to see more clearly your bite, facial, and profile photos to develop your treatment plan. These images also allow the doctors to do a detailed diagnostic work up of your facial structure, jaw, and teeth.
At the initial exam, any concerns or questions you may have about the parameters of the care and about treatment will be discussed to give you a good understanding of your orthodontic problem and how we can help. Our facility, staff and schedule allow for your flexibility. One of our keys to customer service is to provide you with the opportunity of getting started with orthodontic care at your pace of comfort.
